Payment data is processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor; we store only the last four digits of your card and billing address.

To provide, operate, and improve the motiovsity platform, including personalizing your recognition experience and sending transactional emails.

To analyze aggregate usage patterns, diagnose technical issues, and develop new features.

To communicate product updates, security notices, and — where you have opted in — marketing materials.

In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities within 72 hours as required by GDPR.

motiovsity is designed for workplace use and is not directed to individuals under the age of 16.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.

Continued use of motiovsity after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
